Where is the firm and when can we reach you?
Union Consulting Experts is based at 30, Avenue Abdelmoumen, Apt. 5, in the Hassan district of Rabat (10020). The firm is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, on +212 537 708 568 and +212 664 784 525, and through the contact form on this site.
What are your areas of practice?
We work across four practice areas: tax engineering and disputes, audit and risk prevention, feasibility and financing, corporate and employment law. We also train your teams, support the roll-out of your governance framework, keep your books through our network of chartered accountants, and bring in specialised partner experts.
Do you support companies during a tax audit?
Yes. We become your main point of contact with the tax authorities for the whole inspection. We favour the amicable route, which in the vast majority of cases leads to substantial reductions in the proposed reassessment; where an appeal is needed, we defend your file before the regional and national tax appeals commissions and the courts.
How does a first request work?
You set out your needs through the e-Advice / e-Assistance form, attaching a PDF or a ZIP folder. Our team reviews the material and may contact you for further details. Where the subject calls for it, your file is entrusted to one of our partner experts. Once the review is complete, we tell you the next steps.
Do you handle company formation and corporate filings?
Yes. Our corporate and employment law practice covers incorporation, amendments, mergers, dissolution and liquidation, drafting articles of association, agreements and minutes of general meetings, as well as payroll processing and audit.
